After working as a CPA and auditor, he joined and managed a very successful family business. During that time, he also attained his MBA from the University of Chicago. After much soul searching and many personal growth experiences, he and his wonderful wife, Deborah, decided to follow their hearts and moved to Arizona. Michael attained his MSW from ASU focusing on clinical practice. He has worked in a variety of settings and currently specializes in working with relationship issues. He is also one of the most sought after psychotherapists in the Phoenix area and is one of the few practitioners that is fluent in American Sign Language.
